They are held in the Ullman Building (unusual location for grad courses), Room 214 .
The course is taught in English if a foreign student attends.

Course prerequisite

There are no firm prerequisites. For easier flow of teaching and studying, it is assumed the student has background in one (not all) of the following areas: either in image processing, imaging, photography, optics or computer vision. In case of doubt, consult the lecturer to confirm practical suitability.

Grading

73% of the grade is a small project that typically involves analysis of a recent paper from the literature, writing a report and giving a talk on this study.
20% of the grade is for attendence and participation.
7% of the grade is for a photography challenge (View the 2013 photography challenge collection)
