USATT Ratings Statistics

Copied from Sandiway Fong, where you can find much additional information. Two sets of data were used:
  1. Active tournament players.
    Data obtained from the USATT Web site sometime during 10/96.
  2. General USATT Ratings database, including inactive players.
    Rating numbers from an anonymous contributor.
