UltraGuide, Ltd., USA and Israel: Co-founder, member Board of Directors, part-time consultant. A medical device company, developed smart guidance aids for invasive medical procedures such as ultrasound guided biopsies. Company raised $40M.

1997--1999

Intel Corporation, Research Group, Oregon: Visiting Faculty. Engaged in research of asynchronous circuits and future products and technology.

1999--2003

Mobilian Corporation, Portand OR, San Diego CA and Israel: Co-founder, Chief Architect, part-time consultant. A fabless semiconductor company that developed multi-protocol wireless communications chip-set (RF, analog and digital). Company raised $80M. Technology sold to Intel in 2003.

2004--2007

AI Medical Semi, Israel: Co-founder, Head of the Board of Directors, part-time consultant. A fabless semiconductor company that developed co-processors for cardiac implants.

2004--2007

NeuroVibes, Israel: Co-founder. Developed brain implant electronic chips, based on technology co-invented by Ran Ginosar at the Technion.

Plurality, Israel: Co-founder, member Board of Directors. A fabless semiconductor company making many-processor chips based on technology co-invented by Nimrod Bayer and Ran Ginosar

Ramon Chips, Israel: Co-founder and CEO. A company developing radiation-hardened integrated circuits for use in satellites.

vSync Circuits, Israel: Member of the Advisory Board. An IP and EDA company offering solutions for Clock Domain Crossing and synchronization in SoC and FPGA.
