Dr. Daniel Lubzens earned his degrees at the Technion and the University of California at San Diego. Dr. Lubzens spent two years as a researcher at Bell Laboratories in New Jersey. He has taught extensively at the Technion. Dr. Lubzens is presently the chief engineer of the Micro-electronics Center. He is responsible for the operation of the processing equipment and the clean rooms.

Current interests include:

• Computer Aided Design of microelectronic devices and circuits.
• Micro-machining of silicon.
