Thesis Title: Study and Design of Differential Microphone Arrays.

About Me:
Yaakov Bucris received the B.Sc. degree and M.Sc degrees in electrical engineering in 2004 and 2010, respectively, from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel.

From 2004 to 2010 he served as an electrical engineer in the research team of the signal processing and algorithms dept. at RAFAEL, Haifa, as part of his military service. During these years he was a member of a research group which performed research and development of underwater digital acoustic communication systems. Since 2010 he is a RAFAEL employee serving as a team leader of the underwater acoustic communication group. Along these years he also served as a Project supervisor with both the Signal and Image Processing Lab (SIPL) and communication Lab, Electrical Engineering Department, Technion. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D degree in electrical engineering at the Technion.

His main research interests are statistical signal processing, adaptive filtering, digital communication and wideband array processing.
